The warranty period for all products except watches is 6 months. For steel watches, the warranty period is set for 1 year from the date of purchase, for jewelry watches – 3 years.

The return of jewelry of proper quality is possible in the case of remote purchase (excluding the possibility of direct acquaintance of the buyer with the goods before the receipt is issued), provided that their presentation and consumer properties are preserved, if the request for return is received no later than 7 days from the date of purchase. Purchases made in the offline store are not subject to return and exchange.

In case of detection of a defect, the buyer can send a request for a refund by e-mail. The application is considered for 3 working days.
