3. Cancellation Policy

Our esteemed customers have the right to cancel the order at any time before signing the receipt voucher, and in this case the amounts paid will be returned in the same manner in which they were paid, provided that the customer bears any fees that may be required by the return process, and if the customer decides to cancel after signing the receipt voucher, the rules of replacement or repurchase will be applied in this case.

4. Delivery Policy

Gold sold through the company's website and paid for via credit cards through the site will be delivered through the company to the customer within a maximum period of two weeks from the date of completing the purchase on the site.

The customer has the right to inspect the jewelry that he purchased through the company’s website in the presence of its delivery employee, who will be equipped with an approved scale, and the customer shall sign the receipt of jewelry with weight, standard and shape, which will be shown in the voucher.

The customer has the right to refuse to accept the jewelry during the inspection and before signing the receipt voucher.

The client's signature on the receipt voucher of the jewelry is considered as an irrevocable declaration that he made sure of the weight and standard and that the jewelry received from him under the voucher are intact and usable and that they are the same that he ordered to purchase through the site.

5. Maintenance Warranty Policy

If the sold jewelry is broken for any reason, the customer has the right to request repair for free during the first three months from the date of receiving the jewelry.

6. Return Policy

The customer may not request to return the jewelry sold to him after receiving it, but he has the right to ask the company to purchase the jewelry that he purchased through the company's website, and in this case, the company, after examining the jewelry and confirming the weight and standard , pays the customer the price of weight and standard according to the global price of gold on the date of issuance of the inspection certificate without the workmanship wages.

The customer has the right to ask the selling company to replace the jewelry he purchased with the same weight and standard for a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt.
